1. Charge Dosely fully by USB-C before first use.
2. Download the free app, pair over Bluetooth and set the time you take your tablets. A relative can do this for you.
3. Fill the seven compartments — a Sunday habit works well. Plug it in while you fill it.
4. Leave it where your morning already goes: by the kettle, the toothbrush, on your desk.
5. When it rings, open it, take what's in today's compartment. Empty compartment = done.

• The reminder time is stored in the box after setup; the phone is not needed for the alarm to ring.
